Requirements

• Apache webserver that supports PHP.
• PHP 5.0.5 or higher but it should work pre PHP 5.
• GD2 support (GD1 support may work, but not tested) for PNG files.

How to install PHP Blog Image Counters

1. Extract all files.
2. Upload it to your server keeping the file structure.
3. You should not have to change the writing permissions but if you do open the subdirectory data and change the writing permissions to CHMOD 777 *: (Blog Image Counters should tell you if you need to set the writing permissions)
   • visits.php
   • users_online.php
   * CHMOD is only for Unix/Linux servers, if you are using a Windows server CHMOD its not required.
4. Enjoy your new Blog Image Counters.

How to display Blog Image Counters

1. To display your Blog Image Counters on your web site just add the code in the pages where you want it to show, see the file install-code.html for more info!

How to access your Blog Image Counters

Just point your browser to http://www.yoursite.com/blogcounter/ and you should see your Blog Image Counters working.
